What happens after you qualify

The website form is prequalification only. If your request meets our basic criteria, we will move you to the secure document step. This is where a file becomes underwritable.

How you receive the link

If you qualify, we send a secure upload link and a checklist. Uploading through that link is the only way we accept documents.

What format we accept

Upload clean, complete PDF files.

What we request

We request only what is needed for the specific transaction and only what a third party funding source requires. Most files start with:

• Business bank statements for the most recent 4 to 6 months, all pages included
• Equipment quote or invoice if equipment is part of the request
• Existing financing overview if you have current loans or advances
• Void check if a funding source requires it for funding setup
• Government issued ID for the guarantor only if a funding source requires it

Additional documents may be requested based on the funding type, amount, and underwriting requirements. If we request something additional, we will tell you exactly why.

What not to upload

For your protection, do not upload:

• Social Security card
• Passwords or login credentials
• Full tax return packages unless requested
• Unrelated personal documents
• Anything you would not hand to a bank underwriter

What happens after upload

Once a complete document set is received, we package the file for submission. If documents are missing pages or unclear, the file slows down or stops. Clean submissions move faster.

Timeline

Many decisions occur within 24 to 72 hours after a complete file is received, depending on the transaction type and funding source. Complex transactions can take longer.

No guarantee

Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. It guarantees your file can be evaluated.
