The website form is prequalification only. If your request meets our basic criteria, we will move you to the secure document step. This is where a file becomes underwritable.
If you qualify, we send a secure upload link and a checklist. Uploading through that link is the only way we accept documents.
Upload clean, complete PDF files.

We request only what is needed for the specific transaction and only what a third party funding source requires. Most files start with:

Once a complete document set is received, we package the file for submission. If documents are missing pages or unclear, the file slows down or stops. Clean submissions move faster.
Many decisions occur within 24 to 72 hours after a complete file is received, depending on the transaction type and funding source. Complex transactions can take longer.
Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. It guarantees your file can be evaluated.
If you are not sure what to upload, ask before you upload. A two minute clarification prevents a two day delay.
