These Terms govern your use of the Utilifin website and the Preliminary Assessment form. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Utilifin is a commercial finance brokerage and independent intermediary. We are not a bank and we are not a direct lender. We help operating businesses pursue business purpose financing through third party funding sources.
We do not offer consumer loans, personal loans, student loans, or patient financing. We do not arrange financing secured by residential or commercial real estate. We do not guarantee approvals, rates, terms, or funding timelines.
Submitting a Preliminary Assessment does not guarantee approval, pricing, or funding. All decisions are made by third party funding sources based on their underwriting criteria.
By submitting information through this site, you represent that your request is for business purposes, the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you are authorized to provide information on behalf of the business.
If you check the authorization box in the intake form, you authorize Utilifin to share submitted information with third party funding sources for evaluation and processing. If you do not authorize sharing, we may be unable to proceed.
By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted about your request by phone, text, and email. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Utilifin does not charge upfront application fees through the website intake. If compensation is earned, it is generally earned at funding and paid by a third party funding source or through a closing process, depending on the transaction. Any borrower paid fees, if applicable, must be disclosed and agreed to in writing before funding.
We may reference or connect you to third party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, actions, or decisions.
Do not use this website to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt site operations, upload malicious content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Utilifin is not liable for financing decisions made by third party funding sources, lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or delays outside of our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
